Legal documentation
The following is a list of necessary documentation required by law:
- Birth Certificate (bride and groom)
- Passports (bride, groom and witnesses)
- A copy of the Birth certificates and passports of bride and groom should be sent to the hotel by fax or e-mail at least three weeks before the wedding for the legal arrangements. The guests must bring the originals with them.
- Tourist Visas (bride, groom and witnesses)
- Final Divorce Certificate or Death Certificate if applicable legalized and translated by the Cuban Consulate in the country of origin
- Cuban Marriage Certificate will be issued, approximately, in two months after the Ceremony
