Things to be considered before arriving at the resort
Can day and time of the wedding be confirmed before hand?
Yes, you can arrange date and time of your wedding as soon as your trip is booked, at
that time you can let your wedding coordinator knows all details you need or want to
arrange before arriving.
Do we have extra services?
You can have some extras services at the Resort such flowers, sparkling wine, video,
photographer, horse and buggies. These are booked and paid at the resort.
Will be someone to meet us?
You will receive a wedding meeting card confirming the hour for you to meet the
Wedding Coordinator of the hotel. Usually will take place the next day of your arrival
at the resort, then you will discuss all the details for the whole ceremony including last
minute details and documentation.
What about flowers for my bouquet?
Cuba is a beautiful tropical island you will have a variety of tropical flowers to make
your selection concerning type and colours. The bouquet included on the wedding
package will have a standard design. Extra flowers can be ordered (extra charge).
What will the ceremony be like?
The ceremony will be very simple will include the translation into the guest language
of what is read by the notary from the family code, as well as the exchange of vows
(this will be left to the guest decision) When the ceremony is finished a toast will be
done (sparkling wine) and cake will be offered.
Can negatives be kept? With or without charge?
Yes, you can keep them for an extra charge. The quantity of photos depends on the
wedding package. You can ask the photographer to take more photos with an extra
cost
What about the video?
It will be done by a professional and will be taped when the bride comes out of the
room to the end of the ceremony. It will also include the photo session
When will we receive the wedding certificate?
You will receive the wedding certificate five or six weeks after
Additional Information
The weeding ceremony will be in Spanish. Your wedding coordinator at the resort
will translate it into the clients’ language
Flowers can not be taken back to your country, neither they can be freeze dried.
