Symbolic Ceremony Wedding Package
The following is a list of necessary documentation required by law:

- A copy of these documents should be sent in advance to the hotel wedding coordinator.
Wedding Package
The following is a list of necessary documentation required by law:
- Birth Certificate (bride and groom)
- Passports (bride, groom and witnesses)
- A copy of the Birth certificates and passports of bride and groom should be sent to the hotel by fax or E-mail at least three weeks before the wedding for the legal arrangements.
- The guests must bring the originals with them. There is no need of translation for these two documents.
- Tourist Visas (bride, groom and witnesses)
- Final Divorce Certificate or Death Certificate if applicable legalized and translated by the Cuban Consulate in the country of origin (this case has an additional cost of $ 100.00 CUC to be paid after arrival for the protocolization of these documents + stamps.)
- Wedding package $1000.00 CUC to be paid at the Hotel.
- Cuban Marriage Certificate will be issued and sent to couple home address, approximately, in two months after the Ceremony.
- The Notary official schedule is: Monday to Friday, 9:00 hrs. Until 16:00 hrs.
- Should the couple desire to have the ceremony outside of this schedule, they must inform the wedding coordinator. So that she could assess the feasibility with the Law Office, and it will have an extra cost of $150.00 CUC.
- We will provide witnesses upon request if clients required it.
