Birth Certificate.
If Divorce or Widow (er), Final Divorce Certificate or Death Certificate if
applicable, must be legalized and translated at the Cuban Consulate in the Country of origin (if divorced or widow (er)) (this case has an additional cost of $ 135.00 CUC for the protocolization of these documents)

Cuban Marriage Certificate will be issued, approximately, in 30 days after the Ceremony.
The Judges official schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 hrs. Until 16:00 hrs.
Should your clients desire to have their ceremony outside of this schedule they must inform the wedding coordinator. So that she can assess the feasibility with the Judges Chambers, and it will have an extra cost of $150.00 CUC.
We will provide witnesses upon request if clients required it.
The names on birth certificates, passports, affidavits and all other
applicable documents must all match each other exactly. For example clients should have no middle names missing from their passport. If documents are incorrect, they can be amended at the Consulate, but this will incur a charge and of course this can take away days of guests´ holiday!
We advice guest to check the marriage application right after the wedding to avoid future problems.
Witnesses cannot be family of any of the couple according to the Cuban
Laws.

Once your trip is booked, you should contact the wedding coordinator at
(rrpp@resortsolymar.gca.tur.cu) or Tel: (545) 614499 ext: 566, to book the wedding date. The wedding can be performed from Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm and you have to be in Cuba three days prior to the wedding.
Bring all your original documents. Your name most coincides in all your documents and it has to be correct on your passport.
Marriage Certificate will be sent to you by TNT.
