Playing golf at the Bávaro Golf course is an exciting and unforgettable experience that you will want to repeat.

Designed by architect Juan Manuel Gordillo, its 18-hole par-72 golf course was opened in 1991 as the top one in Punta Cana. A combination of holes bordered by thick vegetation and other completely open ones, surrounded by a huge lake in a setting of 150,000 square metres. Each hole has three tees, classified for Ladies, Amateurs and Professionals.

Dear Golfers,
By this means we will like to inform you that due to the redesign of our golf course Barcelo Golf De Bavaro that will begin sooner in March under the signature of the famous designer of golf courses P.B. Dye, we will be forced to close the back nine from March 01 of the present year.

Our clients will be able to continue enjoying our golf facilities like they have been doing, although we only can offer 9 holes. They will be able to play twice the front nine and will enjoy around 18 holes round par 72. By Dec. 24th 2009 we will be able to offer to all our golfers a spectacular new course of 9 holes design by P.B. Dye within our 18 holes golf course Thank you all for your comprehension.
