The wedding planner is the person responsible for providing assistance and accessory about documents required for getting married in the country, providing all the information about wedding packages, booking the wedding with the judge and keeping in touch with him if you decide to do any change. The wedding planner willalso hire all the services you require (decorator, musicians, dj). Once you arrive at the hotel she will meet with you to review the original documents, explain the details of the ceremony and assist in any orders you have. If you have any questions, the wedding planner will always be on hand to answer them.
On day of the ceremony the wedding planner will verify everything will be ready on time, your flowers, the photographer. She receives guests during the ceremony and acts as a translator as the judge makes the ceremony in Spanish which she will translate into your language. The wedding planner will make sure all the guests are happy and everything is ready at the restaurant for dinner/breakfast. arrive early to the room the next day, On the day of your departure the wedding planner will give you your wedding certificate before you leave and make sure that you have been satisfied with the services of the hotel, musicians, photographers and all those who participated in this special day.
