- If the client wants to rent a band for his/her, party we offer our beach restaurant with a capacity of 130 pax.
- For the wedding package we offer guitarist for playing during the judge ceremony $100.00
- The information’s about musical bands, dj and group will be provided on request.
Timetables
We have different Schedules for the ceremonies with the judge from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm upon reservation. Every day of the week are available for these ceremonies, except Sundays and public holidays
Special for the couple
An Up-grade to a suite for the couple who get married in the hotel (subject to availability)
For the arrival we put a plate of fruit and a bottle of rum in the room
They of the ceremony placed petals on the bed and the maid offers her special decoration.
The next day of the wedding, we send breakfast in bed and a surprise present for the couple.
Tips
- The first thing you must do when you are going to get married in a hotel is to reserve the date with the judge and the hotel because there is one judge for all the hotels and the calendar is very congested
- Is recommended that all your guests buy their stay in the hotel on time, because is uncomfortable to come to the wedding from a different hotel.
- Another important advice is after the bride and groom have booked the date of the wedding they must try to have their documents ready with enough time, as it must be sent to the judge before the wedding if there is any problem we have time to solve it.
- The regulations says that the bride and the groom must be in the hotel 3 days before the wedding but I recommend to be almost one week before then you could see the place where the ceremony is going to take place and if there is some thing to change we have time, also you can meet the photographer and have time to think and choose.
- It would be good that the material of the dress does not wrinkle caused we do not have the professional machines for ironing this kind of dress then we would have to send it to the laundry in the city, if is necessary to send it, then do it immediately you arrive to the hotel.
- If you want to get married on the beach I recommend to choose a nice but simple dress otherwise you will have problems with the sand and the breeze. This suggestion applies also for the guests is good to be with comfortable clothe and shoes.
- If you want a special decoration for your wedding my recommendation to contact a decorator in the city and she will help you with everything you need and you will not be disturbed by bringing things from your country and possibly mortified by not losing.
