Civil wedding: This is the only Wedding that is legal once you go back to your country.
Symbolic wedding: This kind of wedding is not legal and it's held by a minister with no denomination. You can have your vows and rings. We usually recommend it for already married couples who want to renew their vows.
Jewish weddings: you can have this kind of wedding outside or in the synagogue.

We recommend you select your wedding date between 6 months and a year before
Try to plan your wedding list in advance. If at the end more people are being included than expected you may have to start changing the food, beverages etc
Menu: if you decide to have a buffet you can have canapés or hors d'oeuvres
Beverages and liquors: Champagne is the traditional beverage for the toast, but you have to think about beverages for everyone: Alcoholic (white and red wine, whisky, rum...) and Non-Alcoholic (juices, soda...)
Decoration: you have to consider the capacity of the room, tables. If you decide to have high decorations, maybe that will bother your guests. If your wedding is at night you could have candles to create a romantic ambince. Don't forget that your table has to be different so the guests know which the presidential table it is

Catholic weddings are not held during Lent
The Jewish ritual varies depending on the degree of orthodoxy of the participants, the marriage can not be held on Saturday because of the Sabbath, or three weeks after the summer, nor at Easter or Jewish holidays, which are important to them.
