This package is valid if:

• The reservation and the hotel voucher specify “Honeymooner”
• Otherwise please be so kind to hand in a copy of your Marriage License at your Check-In

Legal Documentation

Documents Required

• Groom & Bride : valid passports
• 4 Witnesses : valid passports or picture ID’s
• Groom, Bride and Witnesses: Tourist Visa Cards, given at the airport in Los Cabos.
• Groom & Bride: Blood Test (Name, Blood Type, Syphilis and HIV). The Blood Test must be done in Mexico from a specific Government Laboratory. An appointment will be booked at the Resort’s Clinic.
• The payment is in cash direct in the Laboratory.

Notes:

• Passports and birth certificate must have the same information.
• Tourist visa must be filled out as the same on your passport
• Blood test with HIV positive will be an impediment to get married.

If the bride is divorced and her passport has her ex husband last name and she wants to get married with her maiden name, it’s necessary to bring the following documentation:

• Original Birth Certificate
• Apostille Seal Document that states that the bride has her maiden last name certified by the Secretary of State
• Translation of the Apostille Seal that will be done in Mexico (this seal must be sent to us one month before the wedding)
• Apostille Seal and Tourist Visa Card must be filled out according to the Birth Certificate

*The City Hall will keep the Original Birth Certificates and Original Divorce Certificates, they will not be returned. The marriage will be legal in Mexico. In order to legalize the marriage in your country, we send you the Apostille seal in 3-4 months after wedding ceremony. Delivery to your country has an extra charge.
