FLOTATION THERAPY
This therapy takes you on a deep relaxation experience when you submerge yourself in the flotation chamber which contains salts
from the Dead Sea, also known as Epsom salts. You will experience zero gravity as well as absolute silence and a warm atmosphere
that is ideal for relaxing.

OxYgen facial I 50 mins.
A facial treatment for all skin types. It is especially beneficial for dull or dehydrated skin or skin lacking tonicity and vitality, and is therefore

SEAWEED DETOX is a complete algae therapy treatment using eaweed (fucus vesiculosus or spirulinas) to detoxify the skin. A
BAMBOO SCRUB will exfoliate the skin and prepare it for the treatment. A detoxifying cocktail, custom designed for the needs of
each client, will be applied all over the body providing elements that will increase the action of the body´s own cleansing system. A

SPA POLICIES
RESERVATIONS
To reserve a treatment you can visit our Spa directly or call extensions 1843/1861. We suggest you book your treatment or circuit at
least 1 day in advance.
TREATMENT CHECK-IN
For your comfort, we ask you register at our U Spa reception approximately 15 minutes before your treatment is scheduled to commence.
For the correct functioning of the Spa, we require strict punctuality please.
QUESTIONNAIRES
The first time you register at U Spa we request you to complete a simple and confidential questionnaire that will reflect information
concerning your eating habits, allergies, etc. This allows us to create a personal file that your therapist will update with further information
such as your skin type, treatments purchased, etc. in order to carefully evaluate each individual case and to ensure that we
are offering you the best treatments and products at all times.
CONSULTATIONS
If you are a new U Spa user and you are planning to indulge in any of our intensive treatments, you may request a free consultation
prior to your therapy with a specialized therapist or with Spa management. These consultations are included as part of our service
in order to help and advise you on the appropriate treatment to follow according to your needs. You will also receive a detailed explanation
of the treatment and the results you should obtain. We also recommended you attend an additional meeting/s during your
therapy to discuss treatment progress and satisfaction. This way we can be sure to offer the safest and best service possible, while
providing the best results we can.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your booking, you should do this at least 4 hours in advance; 24 hours if you have reserved packages. For
groups we require 48 hours notice. Any subsequent cancellation will be charged 30% of the tariff or loss of any deposit. If you do
not attend a reserved session and do not inform our reception, you will be required to pay the complete tariff of reserved therapy.
OTHER SPA POLICIES
We would like to emphasize that U Spa is a non-smoking Spa; if you wish to smoke, we ask you to do so outside the premises. We
recommend that you do not bring items of value (mobile phones, cameras, etc.) to the Spa. Out of respect for other clients who
are receiving treatments or relaxing in the communal areas, we request clients to maintain a moderate tone of voice throughout the
Spa. Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances is strictly prohibited. All Spa users must be 16 years old or over. U Spa reserves
the right to control Spa entry.
